Hugh Campbell - President
.....Mr. Campbell spent 10
years as a Communications
Officer in the U.S. Army
providing advanced
communications for senior
officers and the special
operations community culminating
his service as the Chief of
Plans, Joint Communications
Support Element (JCSE). He most
recently held the Vice President
of Engineering position for
Accelacom, Inc. - a Gigabit
Ethernet metropolitan area
network provider. Prior to that
assignment, he served Intermedia
Communications as the Director
of Engineering for that
company's nationwide data
communications network,
supporting thousands of
customers and generating
revenues of over $200 million
annually. Mr. Campbell is a
graduate of the United States
Military Academy at West Point
and has completed post-graduate
work at the Air Force Institute
of Technology. He holds a M.S.
in Telecommunications Management
from Golden Gate University.
Norm Abdallah - Vice President
.....Mr. Abdallah has over
10 years experience delivering
tactical communications
supporting multiple DoD Services
in a Joint environment as well
as Coalition partners.. As an
Air Force Officer, his most
recent military assignment was
the Director of Systems (J6)
within the Joint Communications
Support Element. In addition to
his military experience, he
spent several years with IBM
Global Services and AT&T Labs
designing global enterprise
networks and project managing
implementation of those networks
for Fortune 500 companies around
the world. Most recently, he
served as the Manager of Global
Service Management, ensuring the
quality of a complex
multi-business network located
in over 200 cities in more than
60 countries. Mr. Abdallah
earned a Bachelor of Science
degree from the University of
Florida and holds a Master's
Certificate in Project
Management from George
Washington University
Dwight Stephens
.....Mr. Stephens retired
from the U.S. Army serving as a
proven Joint Systems Engineer
with the Joint Communications
Support Element (JCSE). He was a
Lead Engineer for JCSE
establishing voice, data and
transmission networks world-wide
along with end to end system
installation, operation and
maintenance. Mr. Stephens served
as Senior Instructor at the U.S.
Army Signal School teaching and
training service members from
all branches of the military and
foreign nations to install,
operate, troubleshoot and repair
voice switches. He is
well-versed in the most advanced
integration of the military and
commercial communication systems
and latest technologies. Mr.
Stephens most recently held the
Senior Manager of Data
Engineering position for
WorldCom's Data Network. Mr.
Stephens’ understanding of the
dynamics necessary to provide
customers with optimum service
while decreasing network costs,
led to successfully initiating
several cost saving plans
ranging from network
consolidation to new technology
insertion programs. Mr.
Stephens' telecommunications
knowledge and technical skills
are well recognized and
respected in the military and
commercial communities. He is a
graduate of Georgia Military
